- International orders are welcome by email (sales@elucidate-cables.co.uk), we will reply with a dedicated link and a price including delivery. Payment by PayPal is preferred for orders outside of UK.

Delivery & Delivery Time
- We aim to dispatch all orders within two business days (typically the next day) but please allow up to 5 working days to receive your order.
- A carrier's first attempt to deliver shall be considered as the delivery date.
- We are not liable for any losses, costs or expenses incurred by the buyer or any other person or company arising directly or indirectly out of failure to meet any estimated delivery date.

- UK orders under 0.6Kg weight are typically sent Royal Mail recorded delivery.
- UK orders over 0.6Kg are typically sent by Royal Mail special delivery.

- The method of international shipping is chosen at our discretion.
- International shipping can take 8 to 10 days or more.
Returns
- All products can be returned within 60 days, whether faulty or you are just not 100% satisfied.
- Faulty Item can either be replaced or refunded at the customers' discretion.
- Where a refund is required the full amount will be refunded except the return delivery cost.
- International shipping costs can not be refunded on international returns.
