Prices

Goods will be sold at the current price displayed on the Web site at the receipt of order. We reserve the right to update or change any prices and specification at any time without prior notice.

Payment must be made in full before any Goods are dispatched.
Payment may be made by PayPal and most credit and debit cards.
Receipts for payment will be issued for all orders (Typically by PayPal email and also enclosed with the goods).

We shall be under no liability in respect of any defect in the Goods arising from any drawing, design or specification supplied by the buyer.
We shall not be under liability in respect of any defect arising from fair wear and tear, wilful damage, negligence, abnormal working conditions, failure to follow our instructions (whether oral or in writing), misuse or alteration or repair of the Goods.
We shall not be held responsible for any incompatibility issues that may arrise after the 60 days money back guarentee period.

We shall not be liable to the buyer or be deemed to be in breach of the contract by reason of any delay or failure in performing, in respect of the Goods, if the delay or failure was due to any cause beyond our control (for example but not limited to: an act of God, explosion, flood, tempest, fire, accident, war, threat of war, sabotage, insurrection, civil disturbance or requisition, import or export regulations or embargoes, difficulty in obtaining materials or machinery and power failure).

The buyer acknowledges the intellectual property rights of the supplier and manufacturer (Elucidate Cables) of the products appearing in any sales literature and on the our Web site or any resellers Web sites. This includes trade marks and brand names.
All goods have been manufactured in accordance with current RoHS standards.

All rights in the design, texts, graphics, underlying source codes, software and other material on our site and the selection or arrangement thereof are the copyright of us or other third parties. Permission is granted to copy electronically and to print in hard copy portions of our site solely in connection with the acquisition of goods or services through our site. Any other use of materials on our site (including reproduction for purposes other than those noted above and alteration, modification, distribution or republication) without our prior written permission is strictly prohibited.

We shall make every reasonable effort to resolve or acknowledge by post, telephone or email any queries which the buyer has made within 48 hours of receipt of any goods.
We shall make every reasonable endeavour to respond to complaints within 5 working days and keep the buyer reasonably notified of any progress thereafter.

The contract between us shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with English law and the English courts shall have jurisdiction to resolve any disputes between us.
